Shipping is free on every order, to every state and territory. There is no minimum spend.
How long it takes

Your harness is made with your dog's name on it, so it is printed after you order rather than picked off a shelf. That is the reason for the first stage.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. See Track My Order for how to follow it.
Nothing to pay on arrival
Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse. Because it is valued well under AU$1,000, no import duty applies, and we are not required to charge GST. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is nothing to collect at your door.

If something goes wrong
Parcel late, damaged or missing? Email support@daxely.com with your order number. Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be delivered within a reasonable time, and if they are not, you are entitled to a remedy.
