1. Who we are
daxely.com is operated by Okan CAN, sole trader registered in France, SIRET 884 953 035 00018. Full details are on our Legal Notice page.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Because our sales into Australia are below the AU$75,000 registration threshold, GST is not charged on your order. Orders are valued well under AU$1,000, so no import duty applies either. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.
3. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
4. Personalisation
You choose the name, and optionally the phone number, printed on your harness patch. We print exactly what you type, so please check your spelling before you order. We cannot change it once printing has started, and we cannot resell a personalised harness.
You are responsible for the text you submit. We will not print anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's trade mark.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
See our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but goods must still be supplied within a reasonable time under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. See Returns & Refunds.
8. Safe use
A harness is walking equipment, not a restraint system and not a car safety device. Check the fit before every walk, inspect the straps and stitching regularly, and replace the harness if you find wear or damage. Do not leave a harness on an unsupervised dog. A front attachment point makes loose-lead walking easier to teach, but it does not train a dog on its own and we make no claim that it will stop pulling by itself.

The content of this site belongs to Daxely unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which continues to apply to your purchase.
