Free delivery across Australia

Shipping is free on every order, to every state and territory, with no minimum spend.

How long it takes

Printing your name patch and dispatch: 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery to your door: 6 to 12 business days.
Total: 7 to 15 business days.

Your harness is printed with your dog's name after you order, which is the reason for the first stage.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Nothing to pay on arrival

Orders are valued well under AU$1,000, so no import duty applies, and we are not required to charge GST. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Australia only.

Delays and lost parcels

Email support@daxely.com with your order number. Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods must be supplied within a reasonable time, and if they are not, you are entitled to a remedy.
